Creative Movement (Ages 3-5)
Mondays 2:00 – 2:45 PM
Introduction to dance, body awareness, music and movement We will explore different ways of moving, listening to music and having fun with our friends!
Pre – Ballet (Ages 5-7)
Thursdays 3:00 – 4:00 PM
Introduction to ballet. Students will learn the very basic of ballet movements, classical ballets stories and music.
Ballet 2 (Ages 9-11)
Wednesdays 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Increasing amounts of steps and movements are learned at the barre and in the center. Balance, discipline, coordination, musicality, proper placement, strengthening, flexibility, body awareness will be learned as well as continuing to study classical ballet and having fun.
Ballet 1 (Ages 7-9 )
Mondays 4:30 – 5:30 PM & Wednesdays 3:30 – 4:30 PM
More focus and time spent at the barre and in the center. Balance, discipline, coordination, musicality, flexibility and strength will be learned as well as continuing to study classical ballet and having fun.
Ballet 3 (Ages 11 + )
Tuesdays 3:30 – 5:30 PM
Increasing amounts of steps and movements are learned at the barre and in the center. Balance, discipline, coordination, musicality, proper placement, strengthening, flexibility, body awareness will be learned as well as continuing to study classical ballet and having fun. Training begins to get ready for pointe shoes.
Open Ballet (Teens & Adults) Drop In
Sundays 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Open level class for kids and adults to have a good workout and classical experience of the joy, love and challenge of ballet.
Fluid Movement (Teens & Adults) Drop In
Fridays 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Based on the work of Emilie Conrad and the fluid nature of the human body. In this class, we will connect to the natural flow of our bodies to heal, rejuvenate and feel great!
Conditioning for Dance (Teens & Adults) Drop In
Sundays 10:00 – 11:00 AM
Based on all my training and experience as a professional ballet dancer. A heart rate raising class that serve as a great “warm-up” for ballet class or a stand alone hour of body awareness fitness.
Mind Body Awareness (Adults) Drop In
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Based on the teachings of Eric Franklin and Joseph Heller this hour long class teaches functional movement. Part anatomy lesson, part workout, this class leaves participants feeling their bodies in a brand new way with greater ease, efficiency and insight.
Heart Centered Transformation (Adults)
Wednesdays 12:00 – 1:00 PM
11 weeks in a row, each class has a theme which grows, develops and deepens to address every part and aspect of the body as well as mind and spirit. Will change you for the better!
